Return window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@easyfitdaily.com with your order number and photos and/or a short description of the reason for your return.
- We will reply within 24 business hours with your return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
Please do not send any item back before contacting us, as returns sent without our instructions may not be processed.
Restocking fees
We charge no restocking fees.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us with your order number and photos showing the issue. Once we receive your proof, we will send you a replacement or issue a 100% full refund.
Return shipping
Clear return shipping instructions will be provided when you contact our support team.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. After a refund is issued, your bank or card issuer may take several business days to post it to your account.
